Pit 0006 is the 6th pit discovered in 2000 and is located to the southwest of the main tomb. It covers an area of 410 square meters, and contains 12 pottery figures, a wooden chariot, a pottery pot, four bronze axes and some real horses' bones. This pit is in the shape of the Chinese character '中'. It is composed of three parts: a sloping roadway, the front chamber and the back chamber. Similar to the other pits around the tomb, this one was also constructed using a wood-and-earth structure. Unlike the other pits around the tomb, this one was not destroyed by fire, leaving parts of the wood structure almost intact.

12 clay figures were found in the front chamber. The 12clay figures include eight Xiushou figures with their hands in their sleeves and four charioteers. Unlike the Terra-cotta Warriors, the Xiushou figures carry no weapons, but instead hold their hands crossed at the waist, covered by long loose sleeves. The charioteers stretch their hands forward holding reins in both hands. Each of them wears a long cap, a long light robe, a leather belt around the waist, long trousers, square-toed shoes and a serious look. These figures were originally painted red, green, black, pink, white and other colors on the surface, the figures were left colorless due to the collapse and flood. Only the face of the figures have some traces of color remaining. From the way they were broken, we can tell that the pit was destroyed intentionally soon after it was constructed and before the cross beams collapsed. In Addition, one pottery pot and four bronze yue axes were discovered in an auxiliary room of the front chamber and the remains of one wooden chariot and ten bronze finials for a canopy in the western sector of the front chamber.

In the back chamber, the skeletons of 9 horses were unearthed. Excavation of the rest of the pit revealed skeletons of 24 hours placed in rows with their heads facing north.
