Discount Policies：

(1) Disabled individuals (Chinese Residents) are eligible for free admission with valid identification documents. For severely disabled individuals (Grade 2 or above) requiring assistance, one accompanying person can enjoy free admission.

(2) Seniors aged 65 and above & minors aged 16 or younger (including 16 years old) accompanied by a guardian (Chinese Resdents), are eligible for free admission. When purchasing adult tickets,please note to add children under 16 years old (including 16 years old) and seniors aged 65 and above (Chinese Resdents) who have made a reservation to accompany you.

(3) Spouses and children under 18 years of age accompanying active-duty military personnel may enter for free upon presentation of valid identification such as a marriage certificate or household registration book.Military personnel who have transitioned to civilian roles can enjoy the same policy as active-duty military personnel upon presentation of valid identification (military personnel welfare card).

(4) Dependents of martyrs, dependents of military personnel who died in the line of duty, and dependents of military personnel who died of illness may enjoy free admission when visiting the museum by presenting valid documents such as preferential treatment certificates or household registration books.

(5) Firefighters (including retired personnel) can enjoy the same discount policy as active-duty military personnel upon presentation of valid documents.

(6) Academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering are eligible for free admission.

(7) Holders of the Sanqin Outstanding Talent Card can enjoy free admission for up to three accompanying persons upon presentation of the card.

(8) People's police officers can enjoy free admission upon presentation of their People's Police ID card.

(9) Full-time undergraduate students or below from Chinese universities (excluding adult colleges, part-time education, and online education) can enter at half price upon presentation of their student ID card.

(10) Veterans may enter at half price upon presentation of their People's Republic of China Veteran Preferential Treatment Certificate.

Dear visitors:

The Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum consists of the Qin Shi Huang Terracotta Army Museum and the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Archaeological Site Park (Lishan Garden). Both sites require approximately 1.5hours to visit. Tickets are valid for the day of purchase and include free shuttle bus service between the two sites.

Important Notice:

1：Visitors purchasing tickets must present original valid identification documents (including ID cards, Hong Kong and Macao Travel Permits, Taiwan Compatriot Certificates, Return Home Certificates, Veterans' Preferential Treatment Certificates, and passports) at the ticket verification channel for verification and ticket validation.

2：Students with a full-time undergraduate degree or below from Chinese universities (excluding adult education institutions, vocational education, and online education) who are eligible for a half price discount must also present their student ID at the student ticket verification channel for ticket verification and cancellation.

3：Other members eligible for free admission must present the original copies of relevant valid identification documents (including ID cards, military officer ID cards, soldier ID cards, fire rescue ID cards, disability certificates, police officer ID cards, etc.) at the designated free admission checkpoint for verification and ticket validation.

All visitors (including visitors from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and foreign visitors, as well as those eligible for free admission under policy) must reserve and purchase tickets in advance through the official website, the official WeChat public account “QinShi Huang Mausoleum Museum,” or “Terracotta Warriors Ticket Online.”

Order Inquiry and Refund Policy

Order Status Inquiry:

(1) For tickets purchased on the official website via a computer, please log in to the official website or follow the official WeChat account of the scenic spot to check your order. Go to “My Orders” > “Order Inquiry,” and enter your phone number, ID number, or order number to check your reservation.

(2) For tickets purchased via the WeChat official account, please check your order in the “My Orders” section of the WeChat official account.

Refund Guidelines:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so before ticket verification. Ticket cannot be refunded once it’s used. Refunds will be returned to the original payment account within 3-5 business days after cancellation.

How to get reimbursement vouchers

Visitors can get reimbursement vouchers at the turnstile at the east gate of the park on the day of their visit.

Visitors who purchased tickets on the official website or official WeChataccount can print reimbursement vouchers at the self-service machine between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. with their original ID card. Vouchers are invalid the following day.

Visitor Restriction Policy

As a spiritual symbol of Chinese civilization, the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum and Terracotta Army have seen a sharp increase in visitor numbers in recent years. The integrity of the cultural heritage site and the surrounding environment have been affected to varying degrees. To ensure the safety of both the artifacts and visitors, and to enhance the visitor’s experience, the Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum strictly adheres to the provisions of the “Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Cultural Relics,” the “Law of the People's Republic of China on Tourism,” and the National Tourism Administration's “Guidelines for Determining the Maximum Carrying Capacity of Scenic Areas.” As a result, the museum implements “limited capacity, reservation-based, and peak-spreading” crowd control measures, as well as a real-name ticketing and inspection system.

Time-slot reservations and ticket inspection procedures

1. The Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum allocates tickets based on time slots and implements time-slot-based ticket inspection. Visitors must arrive half an hour before their reserved time slot to wait and enter the museum on time to avoid inconvenience and ensure a smooth experience.

2. The museum implements a one-way entry and exit route: the North Gate is solely used as an entrance. All visitors must enter the museum through the North Gate. The Qin Shi Huang Mausoleum Museum enforces a real-name ticketing system, requiring that the visitor, ticket, and identification document match exactly for ticket verification and entry.

(1) Ticket-holding visitors must present original valid identification documents (including ID cards, Hong Kong and Macao travel permits, Taiwan resident permits, return permits, and passports) at the ticket verification channel for verification and ticket validation.

(2) Full-time undergraduate students or below (excluding adult colleges, vocational education, and online education, which are not eligible for discounts) who are eligible for half-price discounts must also present their student ID cards at the student ticket-specific channel for verification and ticket validation.

(3) Visitors who enjoy the free admission policy must also bring relevant valid identification documents (including military officer certificates, soldier certificates, fire rescue certificates, disability certificates, etc.) to the policy-based free admission channel for ticket verification and cancellation.
